We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal Friends and Family, mobile money transfer, wire transfer, bank check, cashier's check, certified check, personal check, money order, PayPal, debit card, credit card, and cash. We offer discounts for payments made by PayPal Friends and Family, mobile money transfer, wire transfer, check, or cash. Connecticut residents must add 6.35% state sales tax to their order.
Orders are not processed until payment has been completed in full. Payment generally takes one to two business days to process and clear, depending on the method of payment. Checks can take up to ten business days to clear, so we begin processing such orders ten business days after the check has been deposited.
PAYPAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY: U.S. customers only. This payment method must be funded by your PayPal balance or a bank account linked to your PayPal account. Payments funded by a credit card, debit card, or PayPal Credit generate a fee for the sender.
- From the PayPal app: Send Money --> email@example.com --> Friends and Family --> select either your PayPal balance or a bank account --> click “Send now”.
- From a personal PayPal account: Send or request money --> Send money to "firstname.lastname@example.org" --> where it says “Paying for an item or service” click “Change” --> select “Sending to a friend” --> select either your PayPal balance or a bank account --> click “Send Payments Now”.
- From a business PayPal account: Tools --> Send Money --> Send to friends and family --> email@example.com --> do NOT check the box that asks “Paying for goods or a service?” --> select either your PayPal balance or a bank account --> click “Send Payments Now”.
MOBILE MONEY TRANSFERS: Mobile money transfer allows you to securely make a payment directly from your bank account using your computer or mobile device without sharing any of your bank account information with us. Simply log into your bank account online, and follow your bank’s step-by-step instructions to send a mobile money transfer payment to PC Motors using our email address "firstname.lastname@example.org". How to send a mobile money transfer varies from bank to bank, so contact your bank directly if you need additional assistance.
WIRE TRANSFERS: If you do not wish to send us a mobile money transfer payment online, and would prefer to complete a wire transfer at your bank, please send an email to email@example.com, and we will provide you with our bank information, which you will need to give to your bank in order to complete the wire transfer. Mobile money transfers and wire transfers are our best payment options, and we will reimburse any fees you may incur.
DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS, AND PAYPAL: Debit and credit card payments are processed by PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account. Go directly to PayPal and send payment to "firstname.lastname@example.org" by clicking on the PayPal link below, or you can request to have a PayPal invoice emailed to you. You can also follow the instructions in the next paragraph to make a debit or credit card payment through PayPal.
To make your payment via debit card, credit card, or PayPal, click on the PayPal link at the bottom of the Home, Policies, Downloads, Links, or Contact page. Once you get redirected to PayPal, enter the dollar amount on the left side of the page, and then click “Update”. On the right side of the page, you can either log into your PayPal account, or you can pay with a debit or credit card by entering your information. Click "Add" where it says “Add special instructions to the seller”, then enter all of the part numbers, prices, and product descriptions for your order in the new field. Please be as specific as possible. If there is not enough room provided in the field, send a detailed email referencing your PayPal payment to email@example.com.

Pricing and Availability:
Inventory levels at our facility are constantly fluctuating. Customers are encouraged to inquire about the availability of an item before placing an order. In the unlikely event of a backorder, customers will be provided with a lead time. Factory delays are common, and can last for anywhere from a few days to several weeks. PC Motors is not responsible for factory delays, but will make every effort to inform the customer of such delays. Payment for merchandise must be paid in full prior to shipment. All products are subject to availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. All product images and descriptions are based on information and photographs provided by the manufacturer. PC Motors is not liable for graphical or typographical errors. PC Motors is not responsible for errors on parts ordered by the description or the manufacturer's part number.
PC Motors ships worldwide at competitive rates, and offers discounts on multiple item orders and combined shipments. Customers are not permitted to arrange a pickup directly from PC Motors. Tracking information is available upon request after the order is shipped. Shipments are always insured for the full value of the sale price. Shipping takes approximately three to five business days domestically, or ten to fourteen business days internationally. International buyers are encouraged to request a shipping quote before placing an order. International buyers are responsible for all charges related to customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Buyers may also be subject to additional liftgate charges, destination expenses, and residential delivery fees. The MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) for frame, engine, and transmission purchases is mailed to the buyer separately, and will arrive four to six weeks after the delivery of the merchandise. Upon delivery, the buyer must email all relevant serial numbers to PC Motors for verification purposes. MSOs will not be mailed without first being verified.
All products sold by PC Motors are guaranteed to be new with a manufacturer’s warranty of at least six months. Upon receiving the order, it is recommended that the buyer immediately checks that the items are correct, and that a qualified professional installs them. Warranties apply to the repair or replacement of products found to be defective in material or workmanship. Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects. Contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty-related issues.
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from PC Motors. The buyer must contact PC Motors to obtain a return merchandise authorization number before returning any items to PC Motors. The buyer must provide a detailed explanation for the return before we will issue an RMA. The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to obtain an RMA from PC Motors. No RMA's will be issued after 14 days from the date of delivery, and all return requests will be refused after 14 days from the date of delivery. The buyer should use a return shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, because PC Motors is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returned items. The buyer must use shipping labels provided by the post office or their local shipping store; DO NOT write directly on the box.
We will only accept returns for merchandise that is unopened, undamaged, unused, non-defective, and in its original state and packaging. The returned merchandise must include all literature, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and/or retail packaging that came with it. PC Motors reserves the right to refuse any returns. Special order and custom order items are not returnable. Merchandise that has been opened, mounted, applied, used, or damaged in any way is not returnable. Products with missing or damaged packaging, missing parts, incomplete documentation, and/or signs of damage, installation, or wear are not returnable. PC Motors will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage from/or in connection with the installation or use of merchandise under any circumstances. PC Motors will not accept return requests for small finish imperfections. Defective products are fully covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty-related issues.
Refunds are given in the form of cash, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are granted only after the returned items are thoroughly inspected. It may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned items to process and complete the refund. All acceptable returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. A cancellation fee of 20% will be applied to cancelled orders that are special ordered or require custom assembly by the manufacturer. Orders cancelled by the buyer after the merchandise has been shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee even if the shipment is able to be rerouted back to its origin prior to delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to unopened, undamaged, unused, non-defective merchandise returned in its original state and packaging. Requests for refunds that do not meet any of the aforementioned criteria will not be granted. The cost of shipping cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. On orders where the cost of shipping is included in the purchase price, our initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
PC Motors accepts deposits for items that are backordered by the manufacturer for an unspecified amount of time. Deposits must be for the full amount of the merchandise. PC Motors is not responsible for the length of backorders, and cannot guarantee that prices will not increase over the duration of a backorder. A deposit is a legally binding contract with PC Motors, and is a sign of good faith
that the buyer has agreed to make a purchase. Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, but can be converted into store credit.
As is the case with any custom project, some level of modification or customization may be required. Additional hardware may be needed to complete assembly and installation. There may be parts left over after assembly and installation is complete. All customers must exercise good judgment with regards to the assembly, installation, and maintenance of motorcycle components. PC Motors assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of others to use good judgment with regards to the assembly and maintenance of their motorcycle.
